Our event was catered by Chalia and her staff, and they are amazing! Extremely professional, very friendly, sociable & hardworking! And the food was fantastic! Our event had a full day of catering provided, and I know a lot of time went into preparing everything! Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the presentation, just wow! The presentations were out of this world colorful – so pleasant & inviting! The fruits and vegetables all had beautiful fresh bright colors, which was all in front of a window where the outside was a little snowy & chilly.
A solid selection of vegan/vegetarian options, including something very tasty for our attendees who eat meat as well.
As an event coordinator it’s great to hear feedback after the meeting from the attendees on what activities or areas that were a nice surprise to them. I was pulled aside in the airport while I was traveling home from the event by one of the VIP attendees just to talk about one of the biggest surprises during our event: the baked brie bread w/jam by Lia Catering! Because wow, it really was THAT awesome!!

Chalia and her team were very professional and easy to work with. I got compliments on how delicious the food was. I live out of state so it was very nice to have Chalia take care of everything for me. I ordered from the online menu and the process went very smoothly. The food, the serving, the serving ware, every thing! I didn’t have to do anything which took away a lot of stress so I could actually enjoy the wedding! I would definitely use Lia Catering again for any event I have in Utah. Thank you thank you!!

Lia Catering handled the food for my daughter's wedding and it was exquisite--so beautifully laid out, such variety of tastes, such delicious food. My guests were very complimentary and I was very proud to have such a beautiful spread to share. The cake was amazing and oh, so beautiful!!
